SOTA Cloud: What does the 'patient locked' message mean?

There may be times when attempting to load a patient in SOTA Cloud where you'll see the below message.

This message means that that same patient is currently opened from another SOTA Cloud user or was not properly closed using the 'X' on the SOTA Image home screen.

It is very important to click this 'X' button to close the patient. Multiple users can have the patient open to view images, but only one workstation should be taking exams on the user to avoid data corruption.

It is okay to click 'Yes' if:

• You have confirmed that no one else is taking x-rays with this patient.
• You are only viewing images.
