Claris i4 Black Screen or No Image

If you are not getting a live video feed or the image on the screen is solid black go into the video settings and make sure that the Video Standard is set to NTSC_M.

 if you are having trouble finding the Video Standard options within your software you can try using the main Demo application found below to change your video standard to NTSC_M.

1. First download MainDemo.exe.
2. With your camera plugged in run the application.
3. Double-check your analog Video Standard setting and make sure it is set to NTSC_M.
