Some imaging software requires an AutoHotKey script installed in order to get the capture button to work. If this was already previously installed but the capture button is not working, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
First, make sure that the AutoHotKey is currently running by checking to see that the green "H" icon is active in the bottom right corner, usually near the time and date.
If this icon is not present, AutoHotKey is not running and this may be the reason the capture button is not working properly. To start the application, locate the same icon on the desktop. Right-click and run as an administrator. This should start up the application.
If AutoHotKey has not been installed, or If you have any questions about any step of this process, please contact SOTA Imaging by phone at 714.532.6100 extension 2 or by email at support@sotaimaging.zendesk.com.
